Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notification. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. You shall send back the goods within 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion or Expiration Grounds

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
