I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded with us as the provider (GAWAD LIMITED) via the website homarohome.com. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions is hereby rejected.

(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By placing a product on our website, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system.
(3) The contract is concluded when you submit your order by clicking the respective button (e.g., "Buy Now" or "Pay Now"). Before submitting, you have the option to check and change all details.
§ 3 Special Agreements on Payment Methods
(1) Payment via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout": Processing is carried out via PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. More information can be found in the PayPal legal agreements.
§ 4 Right of Retention, Retention of Title

(2) As a consumer, please check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness and transport damage and notify us as quickly as possible.
§ 5a Hygiene-Related Products
(1) For health protection or hygiene reasons, some goods are delivered sealed. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the seal is removed after delivery.
§ 6 Choice of Law
(1) The laws of the location of the seller’s registered office shall apply, provided that this does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
